  • How do I book an appointment?

    You can book online anytime through our booking link, or give us a call during business hours. Our front desk team is happy to help you find the perfect time and stylist/esthetician for all your needs.

  • How far in advance should I book?

    For hair color, or specialty treatments, we suggest booking 2–3 weeks in advance. For haircuts, spa services, or quick services, a week ahead is usually plenty.

  • Do you take walk-ins?

    We welcome walk-ins when available, but to ensure you get the service and provider you prefer, we recommend booking ahead.

  • Are prices the same for everyone?

    All pricing listed is a starting point. Final pricing may vary depending on time, technique, and product usage. Your stylist or spa professional will always provide a custom quote before beginning your service.

  • Do you offer consultations?

    Yes! We offer complimentary consultations so you can meet with a stylist or spa specialist to discuss your goals before booking a service.

  • How long do color appointments take?

    It depends on the service. A simple root touch-up may take about an hour and a half, while balayage or corrective color can be several hours.

  • What should I know before a spa service?

    Arrive 10–15 minutes early to unwind and prepare. For massages or facials, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing.

  • Do I need to disrobe completely for a massage?

    Your comfort comes first. You’ll be properly draped at all times, and only the area being worked on will be uncovered.

  • Do you sell gift cards?

    Yes! Gift cards are available in any amount. Perfect for birthdays, holidays, or “just because.” They can be purchased in-salon or online.

  • What forms of payment to you accept?

    We accept cash, all major credit cards, and mobile pay. Gratuities are always appreciated but never expected.
