Our Founders
In 1985, siblings Tracy Hughes and Paul Traylor established what would become On Stage Hair Design & Day Spa in Beaumont, Texas. A salon built not only on talent, but on heart. Over the years, On Stage grew in reputation as a local staple, and it remains a go-to salon and spa in Jefferson County. Paul and Tracy role built trust locally, and created a space for clients to feel heard, seen, and cared for. From humble beginnings in Beaumont, On Stage Hair Design & Day Spa grew into more than just a hair salon. It became a community hub, a place people associate not just with style but with care, consistency, and relationships. Today, when clients walk in, they’re not just getting a cut or color.
